Step One) Open your image in Photoshop.

Step Two) Select the mask tool on the bottom left, it sort of looks like a camera.

Step Three) Click on your brush tool, and select the circle brush. Make sure the hardness is 0%.

Step Four) Paint over the face, it’ll be in a red color, but it won’t be like this when we are done. Avoid the eyes, eyebrows, lips, hair, etc. It should look similar to this:

Step Five) Click on the mask tool again, this will select it.

Step Six) Click on your magic wand tool > Right click on the picture > Select inverse.

Step Seven) Click on Select > Modify > Feather. Make your radius 5. Then you will click Ok.

Step Eight) Click on filter > Blur > Gaussian blur. Make the radius 4.3 pixels. Then you will click Ok.

Step Nine) Select > Deselect or CTRL+D.

Step Ten) Your done!
